RETURN INFORMATION

All returns must be reported in advance to Jennah Boutique Customer Service, via the contact us tab or by email: contact@jennah-boutique.com

  • Indicate your order reference by e-mail when you contact us 
  • All product that will have been on promotion , won't be taken, nor exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are not refund
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with the invoice
  • The products must be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the item (s)


If you wish to exchange an item, you will be reimbursed in the form of a credit in order to make a new purchase.

Any return not previously reported will be automatically refused

We will refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or an item shipping certificate, whichever comes first.

  2. All promotional items are neither taken back nor exchanged
  3. Shipping costs are not reimbursed
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the invoice
  5. The item (s) must not have been wear or damaged.

The products must be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the item (s)

Any return not respecting these conditions will be refused, 5 € will be deducted from the refund in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
