ARTICLE 1. General principles

The following general conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer ( "you") to www.jennah-boutique.com company registered in R.C.S of Paris under number SIRET 80862003300015

Using jennah-boutique.com and / or placing an order, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document (the "Terms"). Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

The presentation of products or services on the site www.jennah-boutique.com at a given time does not mean and does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times.

We reserve indeed the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice to you.

The version of the general conditions that will apply to your order will be the one on the site www.jennah-boutique.com when you place the order.

ARTICLE 2.  Price and delivery costs

The prices displayed on www.jennah-boutique.com are given legal value added tax included.

Www.jennah-boutique.com The company reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of tariff in force at the time of confirmation of the order and subject to availability .

All product that will have been on promotion , won't be taken, nor exchanged.

Shipping fees are € 11 to Europe  and  € 20 the rest of the world pass for each order on www.jennah-boutique.com .

The cost of each delivery method is clearly stated during the payment process . Our standard delivery charges are free . If we are not able to deliver your order in its entirety and must make several deliveries , subsequent deliveries will not result in additional cost to you .

ARTICLE 3. Order

To order the customer should follow his steps:

•  Add selected products in the basket. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate, the client checks the details of his cart, consults its total amount and the cost of delivery and valid with the "order" button       

• Log in to their account to be identified, in case the customer has no account should it creates one following an account creation process indicated by www.jennah-boutique.com      

• Choose delivery address and payment method when you confirm the order summary, the client expressly agrees to the general sales conditions in force on the Site, the customer is redirected to secure payment.

Jennah Boutique immediately confirms the registration of the order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the customer has communicated when entering full contact details at the time of placing the order. The customer will receive an email confirming the order.

ARTICLE 4. Payment

The fact to validate your order means for you the obligation to pay the quoted price. The payment of your purchases is made by credit card or via PayPal.

Jennah Boutique has no access to banking data of its customers.

ARTICLE 5.  Cancellation and modification 

Once your e -mail confirming your order received any cancellation or modification of your order is possible

No cancellation of orders is possible

No change of order is possible this includes (change of color, deletion of one or several articles, addition of one or several articles)

No change to the recipient's address is possible this includes (name / surname, address, city, postal code, phone number)

ARTICLE 6.  Delivery

Jennah Boutique strives to ship orders the fastest way possible and in the order they were placed. We strive to deliver to you within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation of an order. While we were doing the maximum to send you in the press releases deadlines, delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery period exceeds 30 days, you would then be empowered (e) to be fully reimbursed.   

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery times (provided we have previously communicated your email address).

Return : If your package is returned to us for wrong address, nonexistent address, not recovery package at the post office, or any other reason you must pay a fee for re-delivery.                                            

In case of return packages due  to a wrong address, a non-claim of parcels etc ... The shipping cost of your order  will not be refunded to you

In case of cancellation of your order, shipping costs remain at your expense.

ARTICLE 7 . Returns

All returns must be reported prior to the Customer Service Jennah  Boutique

You have 14 days to cancel without any explanation sales contract. the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you have taken physical possession of your property.

Items must be sent or hand-delivered as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the product ( s) . If you return your entire order costs to the tune of € 4.9 will be deducted from the final amount of your refund .

We will refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the returned items or shipping certificate articles, the former prevailing .

ARTICLE 8. Our responsibility

www.jennah-boutique.com can not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product purchased .

Finally, the responsibility of society Jennah Boutique can not be held for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet , including a break in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses

Jennah Boutique is not liable for any delays, losses or thefts of packages to the Post.
