If you wish to return an item that is not suitable, it is possible, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us, attach the invoice in your package by surrounding the items. returned, in case of loss of the invoice, indicate your information (order reference and full name) on plain paper.

Return package processing time

Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment as that used for the initial transaction.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, you will be refunded in the form of a credit note in order to make a new purchase, you will receive a reduction code by e-mail to enter in the box intended for this purpose when placing your new order. This code will be valid for 1 year. However, it is preferable to order the desired item directly and then request a refund for the item that is not suitable.

Non complying product

Any complaint made after the deadline cannot be taken into account.
