JENNAH RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

At JENNAH, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items. The items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags), unworn and undamaged.

Do I need to register my return?

There is no need to notify us of your return through our website. Simply follow the instructions provided in your parcel. If you have lost the invoice, you can include your details (order reference and full name) on a plain sheet of paper or download the return form.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer direct exchange services.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will issue a store credit valid for one year.

You will receive a discount code by email, which you can use for your next purchase.

However, it is recommended to order the desired item directly and request a refund for the initial item.

How do I return my package?

To return your order, follow these steps:

  • Fill in the return form (available in your package or downloadable online) and place it inside your parcel.

  • The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Send the parcel via Colissimo to the following address:

    Important: Returns via drop-off points are not accepted.

Do I need to pay for returning my order?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. JENNAH is not liable for lost or damaged parcels if a carrier other than Colissimo is used.

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take photos of the box. Then, contact our customer service at: contact@jennah-boutique.com.

The item I received is defective, what should I do?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 48 hours to contact our customer service at: contact@jennah-boutique.com.

We will process your request promptly. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

What are your refund timeframes?

We process returns within 14 business days of receiving your parcel. After verifying the items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original order.

Can I return my order in-store?

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store unless otherwise indicated by our customer service.
